Shipping is free within Japan.
Payment methods
We only accept credit cards. (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover)
delivery date
Orders will be shipped within 7 business days of order placement. For made-to-order items, the completion date will vary depending on the product. The estimated completion date is indicated on each product page. Shipping will be via Yamato Transport or Yamato Transport Compact, so delivery times will be the same as Yamato Transport's. If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please specify it in the "Requests" section.
Points to note
If your package is returned to the Mishuku store because you were unable to receive it due to your own circumstances, you will be responsible for the shipping costs if you wish to have it redelivered. *Yamato's storage period is 7 days.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons. Please contact us if the product is damaged upon delivery. We will replace it with a new one immediately.

Catalogue items will normally be dispatched within seven days after your order is confirmed. For bespoke jewellery, lead times will take longer depending on the design. An indication of expected lead time is provided on each design page.

PLANT / PLANT does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, re-delivery costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsiblities are those of the customer. If the item is returned to our shop by courier due to customer’s failure to receive the item, then any cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
Overseas delivery information
Overseas shipping costs
We use EMS（Express Mail Service） “tracked and signed” for all the overseas deliveries. If your total order in one transaction is over 100,000 yen excluding VAT, we will deliver free of charge.
Note: Depending on foreign exchange rate movements or/and EMS's terms and conditions etc, the above rates are subject to change.

VAT and customs information
All orders being dispatched outside Japan exclude VAT (10% in 2020). Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer to settle. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.

International shipping

We ship via EMS (International Express Mail Service). Shipping is free for orders over ¥100,000 (excluding tax). Please note that shipping costs may change without notice due to exchange rates, changes in EMS regulations, etc.

About taxes
Purchases shipped internationally are exempt from the 10% Japanese tax. However, if you receive your order within Japan, you are not eligible for the tax exemption, even if you reside overseas. Any additional customs duties imposed upon international delivery will be your responsibility.
Precautions
If you are unable to receive the item due to reasons attributable to you, it may be returned to Japan. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for resending the item, regardless of the purchase amount.
