We only repair items purchased from PLANT/PLANT.

Common repair issues
I lost one of my earrings.
PLANT / PLANT earrings are sold individually, but some, such as those made with natural stones and unique shapes, cannot be sold individually. Please contact us first. We will reply to you by email, and it would be helpful if you could send us a photo of which earring you have left (left or right).
If you visit our Mishuku store, please bring any earrings you have with you. Even if an item is not available for individual sale on our web shop, we may be able to create a matching piece using the stone you have, so please feel free to contact our atelier.
Lost earring backs
Our Mishuku store sells earring backs. K10 backs are ¥6000 + tax, K18 backs are ¥28000 + tax, sold as a pair (for both ears). We also offer delivery, but shipping and cash-on-delivery fees apply. Please contact us for inquiries .
The earring post broke or came off.
The posts of jewelry earrings are attached to the main metal by being melted and fused together. They can break due to metal fatigue caused by bending with excessive force or repeated bending. Earring posts can be replaced and repaired. Repairing one earring with an 18K gold post starts from 3800 yen + tax. The estimate will vary depending on the extent of the damage. Earring backs are sold separately.
White porcelain earrings came off, earring findings came off
The white porcelain and metal fittings are bonded together and coated with resin to create a two-layer structure for added strength. However, due to the properties of the materials, it is susceptible to being tilted sideways, and the bond may come undone depending on how it is stored and used.

Repairs are free of charge.
<If the metal fittings are lost or damaged>
K10 earrings can be repaired for ¥1200 + tax per ear, and clip-on earrings for ¥1500 + tax per ear. Earring backs are sold separately. Repair time is approximately 2 weeks.
The white porcelain broke.
<If all the fragments remain and are not noticeable>
We can repair it using adhesive. However, cracks will inevitably remain, and yellowing may occur over time . The adhesive area is weaker than other areas, so there is a possibility of the same spot breaking again. This service is free of charge.
<If the chip is complex or no fragments remain>
Unfortunately, we are unable to repair it. However, you can purchase earrings or studs individually, so please consider that option.
<If the gold decoration is missing>
Even if fragments remain, the cracks are easily visible, making adhesive repair impossible. Reapplying the gold glaze would also incur a higher firing fee than usual, so we recommend purchasing only one earring.
Necklace chain broken, chain length change
The cost of repairing a broken chain varies depending on the metal and chain thickness, but it is approximately 3,000 to 5,000 yen per break. The repair period is about two weeks.
Length modifications are possible in most cases, although the cost will depend on the design. Please consult with our atelier.
Ring resizing
We offer free resizing for engagement rings and wedding rings for the first time. For other rings, the cost will be quoted based on the metal and the required resizing amount. The repair period is 2 to 4 weeks. Please contact us via the contact form to let us know which ring you would like repaired, and we will provide you with a quote.
The diamond appears dull and cloudy.
Over time, with daily wear, hand cream and sebum can seep into the setting of the stone, causing it to lose its sparkle. We offer free cleaning at our Mishuku store, so please feel free to make a reservation. Depending on the day's reservation schedule, we can return the item to you in about 20 to 30 minutes.
